Spring 2025 Details

Northern Express Hockey is thrilled to announce our Spring 2025 program details! Highlights of the program include:

-Eight-week program running from March 31 - May 25

-Two practices per week run by our professional coaching staff and birth year Head Coaches

-Two dryland workouts per week accompanying the on-ice practices *Squirt-Bantam Only*

-Dedicated Goalie Coaches at every spring skate

-One local tournament *Junior Express Mites Only*

In addition, Northern Express will offer the following "A La Carte" offerings for each age level that can be utilized separately or in conjunction with our standard spring program:

-Birth year/level tournaments (one or two per age) *Squirt-Bantam Only*

-Weekly 3v3 drop-ins *Squirt-Bantam Only*
