Northern Express Fall Tryouts
Tryouts for the Fall/Winter season of Northern Express 10U-14U Travel Hockey. Tryouts will be held at West Meadows and Nelson Sports Complex (Rolling Meadows), but all team events after tryouts will be held at Oakton Sports Complex in Park Ridge.

Season Details
Northern Express is a USA Hockey program based out of the Oakton Sports Complex in Park Ridge. We will be selecting teams that compete in the Central States Developmental Hockey League. We will offer the following teams:
Squirt AA (2015) CSDHL Squirt Major
Squirt A (2015/2016) CSDHL Prospects
PW AA (2013) CSDHL PW Major
PW A (2014) CSDHL PW Minor
Bantam AA (2011) CSDHL Bantam Major
Bantam A (2012) CSDHL Bantam Minor
Teams will have a minimum of 24 league games, 3-4 tournaments, league playoffs (if qualified), state playoffs, and more. We offer consistent weeknight practices, dryland training twice per week, and a player apparel package. Our dedicated goalie coaches are on the ice with every goalie twice per week. Teams should expect an average of 4-5 ice touches weekly.
