Spring ice begins on Monday, March 30, 2026 and continues through Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

The spring program includes two practices per week for the duration of the 8 week program (16 ice touches).

Practices will be run by our professional coaching staff and will include a mix of individual skill work, battle/competition drills, small area games, and game-specific situational development.

This spring, we are excited to announce that we will be having Michael Mersch* and Maggie Reibel** working with all of our players at each level weekly!

*Michael Mersch is an Express alum who played professionally up through the NHL level. He is currently the Player Development / Skills Coach for the Chicago Steel (USHL). He runs IYF Hockey Camps/Clinics with his brother Dominick.

**Maggie Reibel is a former international level figure skating competitor who specializes is power skating and edge control for hockey players.

Included in your registration is one local tournament (dates TBD).

Players new to the Express program will be required to purchase practice jerseys and socks at time of registration.
