Spring ice begins on Sunday, March 29, 2026 and continues through Sunday, May 24, 2026.

Pee Wee 12U - Tue/Thu 6:00pm (Dryland 5:10pm)
Bantam 14U - Tue/Thu 7:10pm (Dryland 6:20pm)
Midget 15U - Sun 5:40pm (Dryland 4:50pm) and Tue 8:20pm (Dryland 7:30pm). No skates on April 5, May 3 and May 17.

Practices / Dryland
Our spring program includes two practices per week for the duration of the 8 week program (16 ice touches).
Practices will be run by our professional coaching staff and will include a mix of individual skill work, battle/competition drills, small area games, and game-specific situational development.
This spring, we are excited to announce that we will be having Michael Mersch* and Maggie Reibel** working with all of our mite through bantam age players weekly!
Each practice also has a 30 minute dryland training session included before the on-ice session with our club Strength and Conditioning Coach Jason De Maria.
*Michael Mersch is an Express alum who played professionally up through the NHL level. He is currently the Player Development / Skills Coach for the Chicago Steel (USHL). He runs IYF Hockey Camps/Clinics with his brother Dominick.
**Maggie Reibel is a former international level figure skating competitor who specializes is power skating and edge control for hockey players.

Jerseys / Socks
Players new to the Express program will be required to purchase a practice jersey and socks at time of registration.
